Microsoft, India is currently recruiting for Jaipur location for BPO Unit.

Requirements:

Candidates must have

. Excellent Communication Skills.

· Good technical knowledge

· Must be a graduate (Undergraduates with relevant experience will also be considered)

Benefits:

· Salary Slab Offered is INR 2.04 - 3.00 Lacs p.a.

· Stipend of INR 90,000 p.a. will be given during training period only to Freshers.

· Training Duration will be 3-5 Weeks.

· Free Guest House Accommodation for initial 15 Days will be provided.

· One time travel reimbursement from base location till Jaipur at the time of will be given at the time of joining.

Special benefits for Female joinees:

. The important benefit provided by the company to female employees are the Fixed Night Shift Timings (9.00 pm - 6.00 am).

. Initial shifts would be 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (normal day shift).

. The shifts will be of 9 hours only.

. Guest House Facility for 15 days (sharing basis).

Extra benefits: Incentives of INR 10,000 first month will be given for the candidates with min. 6 months experience in International BPO Sector and who is willing to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan .
